Mr Teng Theng Dar

Mr Teng, is a well-known public and private sector figure and he has been serving as Singapore’s Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman since 2008. After graduating from Waseda University in 1979, he started his first job in Tokyo with Kao Corporation, Japan. He remained with the company for over 13 years, and during the period he covered Japan and the S. E Asia regional markets coordinating R&D, Product Development, Marketing & Sales and Marketing Research and strategy formulation. Thereafter he took on various roles as director and CEO/MD with various MNCS in Indonesia, Japan, US, Australia and Singapore. A highlight of his career is his appointment as Co-Chair, APEC Business Advisory Council (2008, 2010), and as the Chair of APEC Business Advisory Council for the APEC Year Singapore in 2009. Mr Teng's role in SCU will be to advise the company on business development aspects, such as market penetration, governmental regulation, and licensing in Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Mr Alan Dronkers

Mr Alan Dronkers is currently Special Advisor to the Thailand Ministry of Agriculture and is cannabis industry Advisor to the Government of Laos. He is also an adjunct lecturer at the Rajabhat University of Chiang Mai, Thailand and the Mahanakhorn University of Technology, Thailand. He is currently involved in the reintroduction of hemp into Thailand. Alan is a member of the Sensi Seeds and Hempflax Groups and was responsible for the first breeding programs of Sensi Seeds. He possesses an enormous wealth of knowledge about cannabis genetics and is also an expert in the history and use of the plant, having helped to reintroduce the use of hemp into Holland. Alan is an active proponent in the promotion of hemp as a mainstream plant for different industry applications. He is also the developer of a cannabis strain named ‘Jack Herer’, which is one of the all-time most popular cannabis strains and used extensively for medicinal purposes.

Mr Kevin Chang

Dr Kevin Chang is an Australia accredited TCM practitioner, with a PhD, Master and Bachelor degrees in Chinese Medicine. Dr Chang has been practicing TCM, acupuncture and remedial massage for more than 20 years in both China and Australia, specialising in using TCM for treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, skin disorders, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Dr Chang is the President of the NSW Association of Chinese Medicine (www.nswacm.com.au) and is also a lecturer on Chinese medicine at University of Sydney (Masters course of herbal medicine), University of Western Sydney (Bachelors course of TCM) and Sydney Institute of TCM.

Mr David Plattner

Mr Plattner has been involved in some of the world's largest public private partnerships agri-industrial programs in South and Central-Africa and Asia. He has also been investing in and leading the financial efforts to create successful campaigns that have raised over US$2Billion for commercial rest estate and cause related projects and the support of a carbon economy. He received an endorsement and mandate from the African Union and United Nations back in 2017 and has successfully led major developments in an array of countries that have resulted in hundreds of thousands of jobs and economic freedom.
